THE NEXT10

As of October 2011 All Saints Church is 10 years old. We're so grateful for where we've come from and how we've grown and learned as a church community. Now we're looking to the next 10 years and what God has for All Saints and our city of Seattle.
MISSION
Every church has a uniqueness, this uniqueness isn't style or programming, rather it is found in the culture the church creates. At All Saints, our unique mission is to introduce the people of Seattle to the reality of the abundant life of Christ. We have an opportunity to release men and women into the city to live out this mission in a way that will create abundant life stories of transformed lives. (see Matthew 28:18-20, John 12:15-17)

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
From the mission, our church has a responsibility to offer opportunities for people to grow and mature in their understanding of the abundant life of Christ. Spiritual growth is about reordering our life to worship Jesus, thus we want to create a culture of learning and maturity. We want to have classes and groups that give each person tools and experiences that will enable them to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. (see Acts 2:42-47)

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
For the church to continue on its mission, there must be people to carry it forward into the future. We desire to create servant-leaders who are willing to raise the bar of commitment and service. We need servant-leaders to make our values tangible. Our hope is to have servant-leaders be about multiplication' our desire is to plant churches in the cities of the world and create communities of taith that are intentional and purposeful. (see Jeremiah 29:5-7)

And so, the NEXT10 is all about planting churches, and releasing Christ-followers into the city; neighborhood by neighborhood, igniting passion into the hearts of people to serve the people of Seattle. By the end of the NEXT 10, we envision serving 3-4,000 people, worshipping at 6 - 8 locations around the city, and meeting in small groups so we can care for each other deeply. We hope to be a place of healing and wholeness for all who believe, doubt, and seek. And finally, we hope to raise up a generation of Christ-followers that go into all the world proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
